The 7-Step Process

  1. Enquiry - You send us your project details via WhatsApp, email, or our website form.
  2. Site Visit (if needed) - We visit the site to assess requirements.
  3. Quotation & Invoice - We send you a detailed quote within 24 hours.
  4. Confirmation - You confirm and we schedule the scaffold delivery and/or labor arrangement for on-site installation.
  5. Permit Application (if needed) - For mall or building permits, if allow, we will handle the permits on your behalf (Charges by client).
  6. On-Site Arrangement - Our team will inform the client or representative for the scaffold & labor mobilization & installation time.
  7. Completion Report - Once complete, you will receive a PDF completion report by next day.

  • Site pictures and work at height access measurement 
  • Mall / building's name
  • Job start & end date 
  • Scaffold rental duration
  • Client's name, company name, contact number (for quotation & invoice preparation) 
  • Full payment slip (if client / contractor arrangement)
