Preferred file formats
  • .Ai (Adobe Illustrator) — best for logos and vector graphics
  • .Ps / .PSD (Photoshop) — for photo-based visuals
  • High-res .PDF (300dpi at full print size) — acceptable
 
Avoid if possible
  • Low-resolution JPEG or PNG — graphics may appear pixelated when enlarged
  • Screenshots or social media images — resolution is too low for large-format print
 

How to send large files 
Upload your artwork to WeTransfer (or similar) and share the link with your HG representative via WhatsApp or email. We'll prepare a proof for your approval before printing.
 

Not a designer? 
No problem — send us your logo, brand colors, and a rough idea of what you want. We can refer a partner designer for simple design artwork preparation.

Based on 9+ years of mall printing experience:

Printing over existing graphics? 
Choose high-opaque material to prevent the old image from showing through.

Installing tarpaulin with skirting? 
Aluminium skirting should go on after the tarpaulin — this conceals staple marks and gives a clean framed finish.

Want longer-lasting graphics? 
Ask about matt lamination — protects against scratches and UV fading. Recommended for high-traffic mall areas.

  6. On-Site Installation - Our certified team installs per mall specifications.
