1️⃣ Enquiry - You send us your items & site details and requirements via WhatsApp, email, or our website form.

2️⃣ Site Visit (if needed) - We visit the site to assess requirement

3️⃣ Quotation & Invoice - We send you a detailed quote within 24 hours.

4️⃣ Confirmation - You confirm and we schedule the lorry pickup or labor arrangement or rorobin placement.

5️⃣ Permit Application (if needed) - For mall or building permits, if allow, we will handle the permits on your behalf (Charges by client).

6️⃣ On-Site Arrangement (by HG) - Our team will inform the client or representative for the loading/unloading & labor mobilization time.
7️⃣ Completion Report (IF by HG) - Once complete, you will receive a PDF completion report by next day.

✅ Lorry - Pick up and delivery address

✅ Rorobin - placement duration
✅ Rorobin - Item(s) to discard (pictures, sizes, measurement etc)

✅ Rorobin - delivery date

✅ Mover, Lorry & Rorobin - client's name, company name, contact number (for quotation & invoice preparation) 

✅ Mover, Lorry & Rorobin - full payment slip (if client / contractor arrangement)
