HOARDING & VISUAL (Indoor Lot & Kiosk) REQUIREMENTS

1.	Hoarding Material	MDF NOTES: Hoarding and visual installation arranged by Mall Fit Out ONLY.	NOTES: White PVC Plywood or Marine Plywood with Timber Structure Hoarding (Proposed Material If Outdoor Hoarding - Expose to Weather)
2.	Hoarding Structure	Timber
3.	Hoarding Door Type	a. Sliding Door (Lot) b. Swing Door (Kiosk)	a. 1220mm x 2440mm b. 1220mm x 1220mm
4.	Add-On (Counterweight)	a. For Kiosk (Free-Stand) b. Outdoor Hoarding (Expose to Wind Load) c. Hoarding Height exceed 5meter
5.	Add-On (Fabric)	Not Required
6.	Add-On (Transparent Plastic Sheet)	Vertical Transparent Plastic Sheet (Kiosk)	REMARKS: To avoid blocking mall patrons view which having see through effect when a center kiosk at common area installed with a hoarding

MALL FIT OUT GUIDELINES

1.	Pre-Reinstatement Briefing	Compulsory for a contractor's representative to attend pre-project briefing with mall fit out team to understand the mall and job requirement process flow before start work on-site. Set appointment prior before attending the pre-reinstatement briefing.
2.	Site Dilapidation Picture(s)	Make sure take pictures of existing site condition before start work to avoid any dispute later.
3.	Floor Protection On-Site (Canvas OR FloorGard)	Compulsory installation of floor protection at common walkway area for trolleys & workers mobilization during on-site work and clear off & clean up on daily basis after daily job done.
4.	CIDB Green Card	Worker(s) compulsory to have CIDB Green Card in order to work within the mall.
5.	a. OSH-Coordinator (OSH-C) b. Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) c. Safety & Health Officer (SHO)	Each project is compulsory to have either one of the role stated depends on project value to base on-site in order to comply to the safety requirement set by mall management.
	Aluminium Scaffold (BS SCAFFOLD) NOTES: Metal Scaffold A-Frame Allowed	For on-site worker(s) to access WORK AT HEIGHT, it is OPTIONAL under mall safety requirement to use ALUMINIUM SCAFFOLD with GREEN TAG tagging which inspect by AUTHORIZED & COMPETENT SCAFFOLD INSPECTOR.

6.	Touch Up and/or Restoration	After Site Inspection by Mall Fit Out Team (IF REQUIRED ONLY based on Lot Condition) Frequent Restoration Item(s) as Listed Below: 1. Wall (Skim, Plastering & White Painting) 2. Ceiling (Plastering & Painting) 3. Tiles Replacement Lease Line or Common Walkway Area (by Mall Panel Only) 4. Internal Lot Pelmet Close Up using Gypsum Board 5. Floor Tiles/Marble Polishing 6. Sprinkler (Level 1 - Paint RED) 7. Telephone Box (To Replace / Relocate Back to Original) 8. Isolator (To Replace / Relocate Back to Original)
