HOARDING & VISUAL (Indoor Lot & Kiosk) REQUIREMENTS

1.	Hoarding Material	White PVC Plywood	NOTES: Marine Plywood (Proposed Material If Outdoor Hoarding - Expose to Weather)
2.	Hoarding Structure	Timber
3.	Hoarding Door Type	Swing Door	1220mm x 2440mm
4.	Add-On (Counterweight)	a. For Kiosk (Free-Stand) b. Outdoor hoarding (Expose to Wind Load) c. Hoarding Height exceed 5meter
5.	Add-On (Fabric)	Not Required	Optional (If Required)
6.	Hoarding (Kiosk) Height	1220mm (4ft)
6.	Hoarding Visual Material	Tarpaulin
7.	Skirting	Not Required

MALL FIT OUT GUIDELINES

1.	Site Dilapidation Picture(s)	Make sure take pictures of existing site condition before start work to avoid any dispute later.
2.	Floor Protection On-Site	Compulsory installation of floor protection at common walkway area for trolleys & workers mobilization during on-site work and clear off & clean up on daily basis after daily job done.
3.	CIDB Green Card	Worker(s) COMPULSORY to have CIDB Green Card in order to work within the mall.
4.	Aluminium Scaffold (BS SCAFFOLD) Metal Scaffold (A-Frame) Allowed	No requirement on scaffold usage.

REINSTATEMENT GUIDELINES

1.	Preliminaries	Site Arrangement & Documents Preparation
2.	Insurance	RM1mil Public Liability
3.	Reinstatement	a. Dismantle b. Demolish c. Move Out d. Clear Off
4.	Rorobin (RRB)	a. Engage by Contractor(s) b. To Clear Out from Mall Loading Bay Area before 6am Daily c. STRICTLY NO OVERNIGHT
5.	3rd Party Panel Contractor(s)	a. Sprinkler b. Wet Chemical (If Have, for F&B Lot/Kiosk Only) c. LPG (If Have, for F&B Lot/Kiosk Only) d. Flushing (If Have Floor Trap within the Lot/Kiosk) e. Tiles Replacement (Supply & Install)
6.	Touch Up and/or Restoration	After Site Inspection by Mall Fit Out Team (IF REQUIRED ONLY based on Lot Condition) Frequent Restoration Item(s) as Listed Below: 1. Wall (Skim, Plastering & White Painting) 2. Ceiling (Plastering & Painting) 3. Tiles Replacement Lease Line Area (by Mall Panel Only) 4. Internal Lot Pelmet Close Up using Gypsum Board 5.
