Please have these ready when you enquire:

✅ Mall / building name

✅ Lot size, job details drawing etc (if available)

✅ Site pictures for reference

✅ Job start date

✅ Work permit copy

✅ Mall contact person name & number (if HG applies permit)

✅ Insurance cover note (if required for permit application)

✅ Full payment slip (if client / contractor arrangement)
