STEPS for Insurance Purchase for Work Permit Submission:

  1. Job quotation confirmed by client which INCLUDE INSURANCE purchase

  2. HG to decide on INSURANCE COMPANY selection. GENERALI, PIB, ZURICH, AIA etc

  3. HG to obtain INSURANCE details as below to submit to INSURANCE COMPANY (Example as shown below)

    1. Work Scope: ABC BRAND hoarding & visual work

    2. Principal: ABC BRAND Sdn Bhd (Tenant)

    3. Landlord: FGH Landlord Trustee Berhad (as “Security Trustee”), FGH Landlord Berhad (as “Landlord”), IJK Master Tenant Sdn Bhd (as “Master Tenant”)                 LMN Real Estate Management Sdn Bhd (the “Property Manager”)

    4. Main Contractor: HG Services (M) Sdn Bhd and its nominated contractors

    5. Contract Value: RMXXX,000.00

    6. Location of Risk: G12, G13 & G14 at The Shopping Mall, Kuala Lumpur, No.111, Jalan XYZ, 55100 Kuala Lumpur.

    7. Period of Insurance: XX JUNE 2024 to XX DECEMBER 2024

    8. Landlord Existing Property : RM X million

    9. Public Liability: RM X million

  4. INSURANCE company takes within 2 to 3 hours to revert with confirmation & quotation

  5. HG to approve the quotation

  6. INSURANCE company to prepare INSURANCE COVER NOTE and send to HG

  7. HG submit permit application to Mall or Building Management using INSURANCE COVER NOTE with OTHERS necessary documents

  8. HG wait for permit approval or comment or feedback from Mall or Building Management. Repeat step 6 until permit approve.
